Default Cam sensor (Distributor adjustment)

94 dodge ram Magnum 360, I'd like to see if my fuel timing is correct. With a voltmeter what's the procedure to check if the cam sensor is set correctly?

There is none. If the engine runs fine no need to fuzz with it. The FSM describes how to install the distributor which gets it close enough to get the engine to run, the PCM can compensate for +- 14 degress (IIRC). If you have an old "shop level" OBD1 capable scan tool you can see the degrees it is off from perfect and adjust accordingly.
