Timken today is questionable at best. I wouldn't pay any more for them than anything else.
If you run greaseable, lube them at every oil change. I personally won't run greaseable joints.
For the remainder of the unit bearing, you may be able to do something like this. Wedge a spacer between shaft yoke and inner C, then fire 'er up and turn into it with the p/s. It may also be possible to do something similar with longer bolts threaded into the remainder of the wb assy

Could someone walk me through now to change the seal on the passenger side? I typically try to avoid messing with seals, so it feels out of my wheel house, but it also seems like it might be a good idea to get done...
It sure would be handy to have the truck up and running so a small part of me is tempted to see how good of quality that Napa Hub assembly is. The Timken units have about a week worth of shipping... anyone ever run Napa hub assemblies? Any good or bad expenses?

Probably because they moved some of their production to China. I doubt just because of that the quality went down. When I replaced one of my bearings it said "made in the USA" on it.
Put the bolts back in loosely, put the tire back on and on the ground, and turn from side to side. It should break the wheel hub loose. When it goes back on put some antiseize on the mating surface.

The best, most controlled way is to pull it in with all-thread. There are YT videos if you search. You could probably do what I did with just some large washers and caution. Again, guys on YT have done this with simpler stuff. I machine stuff 'cause I can.
Timken failure rates these days are no better or worse than any other Chinese unit bearing. They'll work -- until they don't. I just wouldn't pay for the name. NAPA likely won't be anything special.
Either buy an inexpensive bearing because they're all the same at that price point, or pony up for SKF, BCA or NSK/NTN if available (I did not look to see if any of these manufacturers offer 2nd Gen bearings). If you buy local go to AutoZone or O'Reilly for easy LT warranty (I'm not recommending their product -- only their warranty). Make sure it's LT and not 1 or 2 year
