Default I crank it, it immediately dies

2000 Dodge Ram 1500 5.2L

All of a sudden, I came out to crank the truck and it dies immediately if I don’t keep the gas pedal pressed in. Once I let off the pedal, it’s dies immediately. Crank back up but again, if you don’t give it some gas, it won’t stay cranked and dies quickly. Only way I can get it to idle is to crank and stay on the gas for a while until it heats up. After that, I can “most of the time” cut it off and back on and it will idle without dying with no issues. As soon as I give it any gas, it will die though.

vacuum lines look fine
fuel Pump is fine
battery/alternator is fine
TPS has been replaced
IAC has been replaced
No engine codes ever
no rough idle or engine noises ever
all gauges read fine
fuel pressure at rails is 50 PSI

But just a few minutes ago, since I've been cranking/revving/heating it up for most of the morning trying to figure this out, it will crank and idle fine. Even drive down the driveway a bit before it wants to stall after letting off of the acceleration. I went up and down the driveway 2-3 times and then all of a sudden, I left off one time and it will die or try to die....

Also,

- The throttle body has been thoroughly cleaned
- I don't see any other vacuum leaks/broken lines/dry rot that are noticeable other than a couple of smaller ones I've fixed in the past

Thanks for the help!

Possibly failing cam or crank sensor. Would be a good idea to check for pending codes.

I've hooked the scanner up and no codes whatsoever.

Fixed. I guess I needed to let it idle and rev it for about 10 mins so the IAC and computer communicate to reset. Works fine now..
