I'm not too sure about it. The 94-95 models had different (narrower) frame rails than the 96+ trucks. That's why most headers for the V10 don't work on the 94/95s [:'(] Now if all the bumpers are the same, and you can just bolt the different mount brackets to them, then it should work. I've never really looked at the rear bumper on my truck though, so if that's NOT the case then NO it won't work.

The bumpers are also listed as different parts in the parts catalog. 94 is seperate from 95-96 and 97-99. The prices are different too [>:]

 

if they are different they wouldnt be off by much... little bit of fab work might be in order nothing to elabrate

 

yeah, it'll fit just fine 94-02. Some of the early 94's had notches under the step area, dunno why, but those were the only ones that were different.
