Ordered my clutch going to change Wed evening. Cleaned my K@N filter today looked down TB sure enough oil[:@]So now I gotta do that too.It never seems to end.I seen some of you used a aluminum pan on plenum.Where can I get one of those?Gettin" really tired of wrenching on this thing guys...need some encouragment here

keep taking good care of your truck and it'll last. my 95 4x4 5spd just turned 257k on all of the original driveline! always starts, always runs, doesnt burn a drop of oil.

Well make sure that you hold the slave cylinder back somehow so you don't need to replace it too. It is costly.. Make sure that the rod that pushes the throw-out bearin is held back. I can't stress it enough. I didn't do that and I just tried to buy the slave cylinder and that don't work. If you mess up like I did, you have to replace the WHOLE thing, clutch master clyinder, lines, and slave cylinder.

oh and if your going to do it yourself make sure you take out the crank sensor . i forgot about mine and broke it right off. $125.00 to replace it.

Are you saying the piston will come out of the slave cylinder? Not sure I know what you mean.Im not liking this allready.Can"t afford to pay someone else to do the job.Allways did my own work but the junk keeps getting more complicated.I HATE VEHICLES[:@][:@][:@][:@]

Yeah that is what I am tring to say. Put something over the piston to keep it from falling out and make sure that it is held tight or you WILL have to replace the whole sha-bang. It is costly. Just put something over that to cover the piston so nothing moves and the piston doesn't move. Just take your time and its won't be that hard. it just takes a little time. It will be ok lol.

Well i"m back Put the clutch in last night 5 FREAKIN HOURS!!!!!! I guess it could have been worse.I wanted to thank you guys,Tani and Dodgeboy for the info it saved me alot of time@ money.Clutch works like a dreamNow I have to fix the wheel bearing I found bad last night[:@]Always something.....Thanx again guys.
