what tool did you use to do that? and all you did is round the holes out a little more... give them a more concav surface right? ill ahve to keep that in mind when i do my gasket swap... OH before i forget...when you take the plenum off.. did you have to take the distributer out too? i know on chevy motors.. well some of them... the distributer runs through a whole on the intake plenum and have to take it out to take the intake off

nope, distributor stays in the block.
I used a roto-zip with dremel bits, there are some good ones for cleaning up the injector bores and then use a cutoff wheel for the runners. once you get good at it you wont break the cutoff wheels that fast. you need a steady hand for it for sure... make sure you wear safety goggles... it hurts when they break! like little missles.
the injector cleaning up is pretty quick, probably about an hour from start to finish... just make sure you dont hit the mating surface between the head and the intake... it's easy to nick. there are some polishing bits for the dremel that I use to smooth it all out when i'm done cutting. it takes the edges off pretty good. I also used those bits for the runners. you'll want to smooth out the edges that are left behind from the cut... round them out so there is a smooth transition from the plenum are into the runner.
