alright- you know in newer vehicles if you leave the car/truck with your lights still on (and take the key out) it gives a little 'ding' to remind you to turn them off? well yea i dont know if all years of Rams do this or just 1995, but my 95 has a loud, long buzzing noise that is extreeeemely annoying- it does this the when the truck is first turned on for a few seconds and when you leave the lights on. i know that this is on purpose, but its so annoying id rather just not deal with it. does anyone know if i can cut a wire or something to keep it from going off?

 

I'm pretty sure there's a way to do it without cutting a wire... does it say anything in the manual about that and how to turn it off? I'll look at mine for my 01 and get back to you later.

 

pull out your door pin switch there should be 3 wires (i think) a ground one for your int lingts and one for the buzzer (i dont know where the buzzer is if you can find it would be the easyest) and cut it as for the lights umm you could pull out the light switch and do the same thing maby id say look for the buzzer first but ive never dun it cuz its saved me from a dead bat a cupple times lol

its a little buton like switch its in A-post about 3/4 the way down the door on the hinge side
