Just a couple of comments.
In Virginia any fog, driving, etc. cannot be on with high beams. If we have noticed all factory fog/driving lights go out when your high beams. There is a legal reason for that one. If you want to use them the way you want without regulations, use a switch and use at you descression. You probably do not want to be limited to a high or low beam only use. The diagram will be your best bet.
The height is limited to no higher than your headlights for anything that works with your low beams or is hooked up. We just disconnect them when getting inspected if they are over the headlights.
The rubber pad on top of the bumpers is bad to put a hole in. If you ever move them it's there. Change out your driving lights, if you have them, with the 99-2001 non sport clear style. Picture of mine attached.

Here are a couple pics of the lights. The ones behind the grill are cheap ($15) ones and are going to the receiver hitch soon. I am replacing them with a set of Hella Black Magics.
The lower lights are for on road use, I found the high mounted ones either blind people or don't shoot light where I want it when adjusted not to blind people.

thats a stupedist law lol why would you be aloud to have more light on as the outher drivers are closer to you lol thats the dumbist thing ive herd lol what were they thinking....ok turn your driving lights on wen the driver gets close...i wonder what all the outher drivers would think if i flicked on all my lights (150 watt boshs X 2 and 130 watt kc's X 2) i think they would be seeing spots...i feel for you dude some times you just gota wonder "what were they thinking"..... here you are susposto have them hooked to low beam for fogs or high beam for driving (susposto be hooked to one or the outher not just a switch) and there not susposto be consealed (behind the grill) or higher than your stock headlights

haha.... ahhh, some of the laws states will make up.

anyways luckily i wont have to worry about that- these lights will be for night-wheelin 99% of the time. but mounting them behind the grill is smart ill probably end up doin that.

Yeah, 150W are for strickly off road and they're not street legal here. But I use them on the road when theres no cars insite. I hate when peopl ehave their brights on like that and these are like 100 times worse. I don't even use them if theres like a car a mile in front of me, only where there are NO cars in sight.

as far as power you should be fine. i have too many lights. its like god damn daylight when there all on. got all stock lights. 4 KCs on the roof, 2 130 watt 6in procomps on push bar, 2 sets of PIAA's on the front bumper. im also putting some more on the back and this light bar with like 6 lights on it i found that goes on a hood of a jeep to put facing behind off the light bar into the bed. i hate the dark hahaha

oh and this is all on stock alternator and yellow top optima and theres plenty of power. i also have every other electronic i own on.
