I have replaced the fuel pump and truck ran fine for 2 days, and then the same problem returned. I'll be driving along fine and then total loss of power and truck starts backfiring through intake. Park and let vehicle rest and it will start and run fine for about 10 miles and lose power again. very frustrating.

Disconnect the front O2 sensor, and see if the problem goes away.

You have a sensor that is getting hot, and failing. I would suspect cam, or crank sensor, but, can't really point at one, and tell you for sure 'this is it'. Cam sensor is easiest/cheapest. Might start there.

I replaced cam sensor, no change. Replaced crank sensor, no change. I'm at a loss. Don't know what else to do.

Beg/Borrow/Rent a scanner. Leave it plugged in while driving. (just have it reading some live data or other. Doesn't really matter what.) See if it loses communication when the engine dies. If it does, that implies the PCM is failing.

I have a scanner, but it doesn't pick up live data. It pulls codes, and right now it is seeing an O2 bank 1 code.

O2 *shouldn't* be able to completely kill the engine....... make it run like crap, but, not kill it. Could try just unplugging it, see if it runs any better.

Truck doesn't die. Just loses all power. It's not backfiring threw intake anymore, but power drops and runs very rough. Always hold an idle

Now that *could* be the O2 sensor..... try driving with it unplugged. (will set a code.... no worries though.)
