I have recently put a DANA Trac-loc and 4.10's in my '95 5.2 1500 and never looked back!!! The 4.10's get it off the line much better then the 3.25's that were in it and it just drives so much smoother. Its also 2 and a bit tonnes of fun in the wet to with some full lock drifting on the odd occasion lol. People tend to get a bit frightened by a rather large truck comming past them sideways.

I got all the bits from www.drivetrain.com and they were shipped here to Melbourne, Australia within 1 week! I would definately deal with them again.

If you put a fill time locker in your front I hope you plan on trailering it everywhere and only driving it through a giant mud pit...

Lockers in the front = imposible to turn. Even a posi is like that for the most part. Your best bet for the front is gonna be a selectable locker like ARB or Detroit Elec-Trac.

Actually, you'd be better off with an Eaton E-Locker up front. The Detroit acts as a Limited Slip when unlocked, and can screw with your 4WD/CAD system (trying to turn the ring gear, etc when it shouldn't). Same goes for the full time locker...plus it makes it a lot harder to steer (as pointed out already). [>:]

As for the lock right locker "kit", I don't hear much good about them at all. The worst being that you can't tow a lot with them, since they are poor at unlocking when they should.

I'd go with a Eaton E-Locker up front and the factory limited slip in the rear. You COULD go with a Detroit (NON electric) Locker in the rear, if you planned on towing very little (or NOTHING at all).

the best way to tell if you have the posi "trac-loc" rear end is get a build sheet for your truck... search build sheet on the forum and theres links that you can email your vin to DC and they will send you the sheet that your truck was built from...VERY handy ,,,everyone should have it....theres other ways... like jacking up the rear end and spinning one tire and watching the opposite tire spins the same direction .. or whatever..that method has never worked for me...

It was an option It was standard equipment on the Off-Road package trucks.

You can check the label on the underside of your hood to see if you have one. It should be listed at "LIMITED SLIP DIFFERENTIA" on the label. Mine is code DSA, but the code for your truck might be different (if you have an LSD), since your rear axle is a Chrysler Corporate...mine's a DANA.
