the big question would be..... are you wanting to remove your OEM stereo? if you were that would be the premium realstate for that unit...if not... get some practice in with a plastic welder and some filler ... and you could make one sick looking gps system,,,, making it look factory is your up most goal... when im done peicing my carputer together the 7" touchscreen is going inplace of the hvac vents directly above the deck...could be a good spot for you to think of... if you do it that way you have to block off or some how re-route your ducting so the hot/cold air isnt blasting the back of your unit

We gots one of these. It is out of dash and is very lightweight and portable.



It is a Garmin 60cs (Except ours is grey) but it works fine and plugs right into the cigarette lighter which we don't use 'cause we don't smoke.
