mine is a CP (chicgo phnumatics) whitch is equivlent to the IR (Ingersole Rand) in my opinion but thats for work for at home i dont have a good one (its a mastercraft if your from canada youll know the brand) i use the chepper one here for all my lighter stuff if im getting into something magor i bring home the big guns lol if your just gonna be using it home on your truck id stick with a cheaper one

yah my dads are all h/d CP ones he has a farm and has his own welding company too those tools go to he11 and back

my uncle has a CRAP load of mastercraft tools... his father inlaw travels to canada all the time .. (not sure exaclty where,,,he bought his own island somewhere in cananda) but whenever its time to give gifts its mastercraft...them are some awesome tools... the tap and die set from mastercraft is awesome
i used his mastercraft impact alot and it works great... only problem is his compressor doesnt put out alot of air and on a 3/8" airhose (i think..i know its not 1/2") takes a while to break some bolts and nuts loose

mastercraft is alright there good cheap tools they changed there warntey policy recientley too whutch really pissed me off (ive been getting more and more craftsman but the place here duzent have a good selection and usally has to order it and i need it that day) anyways with there new warrenty policy you havf to have the origonal recipt brfore they will even thalk to you even with stuff i bought a cupple years ago that had a lifetime warentey and do you think u can keep a recipt for more than a cupple montha let alown a cupple years besides wen i bought the stuff i dident need it keep it now all of a suddon i do need it i say its total BS....anyways sorry to rant they pissed me off a cupple weeks back so i figer everyine should know there new warintey policy
