getting another inch or two

Default getting another inch or two

alright i have the 5" tough country lift with the 3" body and i was wondering does anyone know how two get maybe one more inch outta a truck? its a 2000 1500 and i would love two have just one more inch without having to buy a whole kit just to do this

please help me out here guys any feedback would be great

Try dropping a Viagra in the gas tank or maybe springs out of a 2500...

i like that

well you could put in airbags front and back with custom brackets (cuz of your lift) not the cheapest way to go but one of the easist i think if you have a 5 in sys lift you prob alredy have oversize springs so i dont kno wif the 2500 ones would help

2" spacers or are your front suspension parts already maxxed out with that 5" lift?

Why do you have to have one more inch anyway? 8 inches is pretty big, why did't you just get a 12 inch lift? You won't really be able to tell if your truck is 1 more inch taller anyhow.

i already have the leveling kit on there and im trying to get another inch cause id like a little more clearence over my 38.5" tires

run 3in spacers. as long as you have the arms for a 5in lift it will be fine. same thing as running a 3in lift with stock arms because the arms that come with it are the same size. handling might change alittle but you wont have any problems. you could always do a BDS long arm setup. let me know if you need more info.


**** i take that back, the only problem you might have is the driveshaft might bind but you could always clea3ance it.

i think daystar sells 3in spacers. i was talking about 5in lift kit with 3in spacers.
