Apparently, the guy who had the truck before me didn't replace the windshield wipers like he needed to. The windshield is pretty scratched from wiper arms. Can this be buffed out, or will the whole windshield need replacing?

 

i dont know if you can buff it or not ive never herd of it but winshields are fairley cheap i half to replace mine about once a year (maby a little more if no one sees it lol) because it will be cracked and pitted so bad between all the gravel roads and sanding the roads (with some pea gravel in there too especially bad throught the mountans) 6-7 months of the year anyways it think its about 200ish to have it changed
