Default Heater/AC fan

My heater fan has been squeaking for a few weeks and driving insane so I finally decided to replace it. Went to the parts store to get one and it was $62. I figured it would only be $20 or $30 but went ahead and got it anyway. So I go to install it and there was no plug on the end of the wire, just 2 stripped ends, I head over to the parts store to get a couple of new connectors to put back into the stock plug but they didn't have any so I try going to the Dodge dealer to see if they have any and of course they don't so I ask them if they have a blower motor in stock that comes with plug and I could just take the other motor back to the parts store. They look it up and they have one so I am like "cool" until he tells me how much it is......$244 fricken dollars!!! WTF is up with that? Anyways I say no thanks go back home and pry the old wires out of the old connectors and re-use them and all is good now.

You could go to a junkyard, find an trashed Mopar (Neon, Stratus, Minivan, Trep, Sebring) and cut as many electrical connectors you can find leaving a good pigtail. Our vehicles are excellent for interchangeable stuff. The attendant will probably charge you only $10 and you'll have a variety of connectors for your next electrical issue.[8D]
