That TSB is a possibility. Easy to check. You can see the linkage right at the bottom, back edge of the wheelwell. If nothing else put a rag between it and the floor. Not tight enough to hang up the linkage though. That is where it gets adjusted for a body lift.

Okay, after I parked at school today I noticed that the noise isn't made in park. I was sitting in my parking spot in drive and the noise was going, as soon as I put the truck in park it went away. Transmission problem? Thanks

dodge has a tsb about a squeek/moan/rattle about a joint in the firewall where the a pillar meets the dash support. It involves removing the dash and driving a chisel into the joint to open the gap between 2 pieces of metal. The tsb can be found on www.dodgeram.info. Just a thought...
