With that 6" lift you *might* be able to do it, probably will rub though.

Especially if you're running stock rims.

I have a 3" body lift and a 3" susp. lift with 15X10 wheels and 35" tires and the front and rear tire edge clearance when turned is too close to go any larger. Saw an article in one of the 4X magazines a while back that stated 9" for 37-38 inch tires. Was thinking about replacing the 3" susp. lift with a 5.5 or 6" and going to 37 or 38's until I saw the price jump in tires after 35". Would probably adversly affect my towing also.

Whats the narrowest 37's come? 12.5 or is it 15? There no way in hell youg gonna get a 15" tire on stock rims so like Rom said I hope you ahve some aftermarket wheels!

You'd definitley have to re-gear your axles. You should be running 4.10s right now with 35s....and you'd have to jump to at least 4.56s with 37s.

I have 16x12 aftermarket rims. i was clearing 315 BFG's with only minimal rub in max turn. just installed the 3" body lift and hope to clear 37s but i think the rims and the offset are going to kill me. i know the height isnt a problem but i think the width will be. any thoughts
