One word....AWESOME!!!!!

I had a shop install my cat kit (ordered from summit, comes with the cat, and head pipes). They installed it in 20 minutes and used stainless to connect the cat to the catback and it only cost me $47.00 [8D]The place is amazing. They absolutly flew through it.

After having the cat installed, the truck is a TON smoother and it is even louder!!!!!! It has an amazing tone now with my magnaflow catback. I'll see what It does for gas millage now that my rattling tin can stocker is repalced...but for now I cant keep my foot out of the skinny pedal

To anyone who has a bad cat and isnt covered with the warrenty for now, order this kit and get it installed!

 

what did you pay for the magna flow cat? I have seen them pretty cheap on ebay and if its as good a mod as you say it is then I'm all over it.

 

Where you get the Magnaflow? How Much you Pay? And Any Improvements on Gas Mileago you know?

 

assuming you installed the highflow magnaflow cat from summt? the direct fit one right? if so its the same as mine

i was wondering do you have any extra ambient noise coming from under neath? seams like the cat is thinner and makes more noise?

 

Yes I do notice a tiny bit of noise, because like you said, the cat is alot smaller and maybe thinner


I got the kit from summitracing.com , its a direct bolt in kit, I think it was around $155 shipped....it comes with new stianless headpipes to the cat, the cat itself and about a 3' section of pipe afterwords.
