Holley makes a billet 52mm for the Dodge Magnum motors, it will actually outflow any modded stock tb as with a billet they can taper the bore more without running out of bore wall as you do with a bored stock tb. I believe it flows around 100 cfm more than a comparably bored stock unit. I have one on my truck, nice workmanship on them also.

I looked all over my owners manual and the internet and I couldn't find the torque specs for the TB bolts so I just tightened down really carefully. .

19 ft lbs from Hayes repair manual section 4a-1
Thank you I'll check the torque on it this weekend.

This one is supposed to be flowing 760 CFM...

The sensors came on the unit but one of them was the wrong plug type.... maybe it was for a newer model than mine... I just swaped over my old one...

the stock TB's are holley's... the 52mm fastmans are the modded ones, the one on e-bay looks un-modded.

It did look very similar when I had them side by side but there is a noticable power increase with the new one...

The one in the pix in above posts is just a modified stock tb, the Holley billet 52mm tb is 1 piece solid block of machined aluminum that flows around 850 to 900 cfm.Billet pix below:

That is a nice looking piece. How much does something like that run?
