I almost got one from, Pyssed, on this forum. Last few seconds on ebay, the war was on and I lost. He was trading in his truck and pulled the whole system off. Real nice guy. He liked the system.

No, to my knowledge, only paxton makes a kit for the 2002 5.9L. I could be wrong, but I don't think the vortech is made for this application. I suppose you could always customize. But the Paxton Novi 2000 is a complete kit ready to bolt onto the 2002 5.9L

Expect to pay 5K+ depending on options.
Be sure to factor in gauges as well. Fuel pressure, air to fuel (w/wideband 2) and boost gauges are neccessary IMHO. If you dont already have one, be sure to add a trans temp gauge, could save a rebuild there.
Real world, your looking at about 90rwhp gain with that kit I believe. I would think about cooling the charge in some way to get the most out of it. Either with an intercooler, air to air, air to water, or alky/water injection or chilling things with n2o/co2.

Personally I like the powerdyne kits. No oil line to supercharger and internal belt drive verses gear drive. Less heat, so intercooler not a requirement to survive.

Compressing air raises the airs temperature regardless of if its a belt or gear drive. You can expect about 60-85degree increase in intake temps from supercharging compared to an na motor. With a good intercooler you can get about 10-15% more rwhp from the same amount of boost.
Powerdyne are known to have issues with internal belt failure and impellar failures the biggest problem.
