well it says brand new and the cable is still in the bag in the pic so i think its good. ill let you know.

 

update. got it today and it works fine. love the extra power that i didnt even get my hands dirty for. my only question is it didnt ask me anything about tire size or rear end ratio. it just showed me the fuel, top speed, and rev limiter. anyone know what i might have done wrong or what?
