Default Well, this really sucks....

Well guys its been almost 3 months and I still haven't found me a truck. The car dealers around here have been really slow on moving cars. Nobody is really trading vehicles right now and so there isn't very much used trucks to choose from. I have decided on the truck that I want though. I'm looking for an 03-04 reg cab 2wd Hemi that is and SLT. And what really sucks is that used car values are inflated right now because there isn't very many used cars. So when I do spot a truck that I like the price is outragous. I'm talking 1-3 thousand more than what is should be and that really sucks. I saw ol'blackie the other day and I felt like crying...well almost. What sucks is that I heard my truck coming and recognized the sound even before I saw it go by. Well anyways I just wanted to blow off some steam. I check autotrader, ebay, the newspapers, cars.com....every single day. Like I said earlier....this sucks..-Tyler

No man, I'm definately gonna get another dodge. I check in from time to time but since I don't have blackie anymore I don't have any questions I guess. I am really set on getting a 2wd hemi, but like I said earlier...prices are really jacked up around here for now.

Hey man, have you considered looking out of state? Why not check in TN, KY, AL, MS? You could easily find one cheaper away from you.....and maybe save some money even with say flying in to pick it up?

I have been looking at some out of state trucks but haven't had any luck. The only thing that I don't like about it is that I don't want to drive 300 miles to find out that they won't pay off my ranger(that I inheireted). And plus, I really would like to trade with someone local so if something goes wrong then I won't have to drive so far to get it fixed(under warrenty).

I know what you mean, but just so you know, there is a BUNCH of 2 gen. and several 3 gen. trucks sitting on lots up here in St Charles County Missouri. I remembered you were looking for a 2 gen at one time - they are everywhere around here. Might search the St Louis "carsoup.com" or other used truck sites from this area. You might get lucky.....
