Ujoints- new bearings?

I'm tackling new Ujoints on the front axle this weekend (2000 ram 1500 4wd, 210k mi). There is some debate as to whether while I have it all apart I should throw in new hubs/bearings. I can't feel any play in it, and there is no harmonic vibration.

Any thoughts before I go buy parts?
