Well when I get home, I'm goin to take both hoses off and put a water hose to the female end and start pumping water to it. Hopefully this will solve my problem. I priced a heater core today and they run $120.00[&:]. I have also heard that it could be the thermostat. Could that be it or just rule it out???

Do these before pullin stuff loose.

First I would open the radiator cap and run engine until it gets up to temperature. Check antifreeze/water level.
This time of year, it can be low and still run close to normal temps. If you have significant flow soon as you start it, the thermostat is open.
You should be able to see the flow change when the stat. opens.
If there is no circulation after it is at operating temp, than water pump or thermostat.

Someone heard water flowing on another thread and ended up being low level in the radiator. The air in there gave the sound as stuff started moving. Their overflow jug was full but the cap was not letting the radiator draw the fluid back in. Was a cap problem.

Well when I get home, I am going to check the heater core, and add some coolant to it. Just to top it off and then follow the steps that you all have gave me on here. Thanks for the help and I will update when I know something.

Yeah I actually am. I fixed the problem, and it wasn't that hard to fix. Me being stupid, it was simple but I over looked it, you know how it is. The coolant level was low and wasn't letting enough coolant to heat the truck up. Simple fix. Boy im stupid.
