IIRC the injectors have one center hole and a dozen or so mini (super mini) fogger holes on the perimter of it... its been a bit since i had an injector out of the ram
i agree about the 02 sensor... the first thing to look at if your running rich or lean os the 02's . mainly b/c they tell the computer to riched or lean out the mix and would directly affect the condition of the plugs/milieage/ and running crappy or not... give it a whirl.. like steve said some elec parts cleaner and spray the snot out of it... if it helps out alot then that will point you in the right direction...especially if you were having cat problems .. the cat could have pluged up the little inlet veins on the 02... if sprayin it helps out but not all the way look into a new 02... if its dirty and damaged or wahtnot it will still lead you in the right direction... if you have a timing light it couldnt hurt to flash your timing to see where your sitting... a good thing to check regardless... if the 02 sensor cleaning helps out alot it would prolly be a good idea to take out them plugs and freshen them up a bit since they are prolly blacked up again from it running lean... after doing so it owuld also be a good idea to reset the pcm again... kinda slappin it in the face to start learning with the new 02 sensor/cleaned 02 sensor

i was the same way for liek 2 months.. burning rom uses it often ... i was sitting here one nite postin to a few threads and i typed -if i remember correctly- and it hit me like a sack of potatoes... IIRC means if i remember correctly LOL
