Hey guys, I was wondering if you could give me some advice on my transmission. Whenever I give it some gas it revs up normal and everything but when I stop and go again under light throttle it wont shift out of gear till 2500 when usually around 2000 and the pedal feels looser, also it has a hard time downshifting from overdrive. I would normally do the work myself but I don't like working on transmissions so I am just going to take it into a shop. I was just wondering what I should ask them to do that will fix the problem and not cost me a new transmission either. Also should I take it to Mr. Transmission, Local auto shop, or the dealership. check you tv cable. It controls the shifting of the trans. mounts to the passenger side of the throttle body. As far as where to take it for repairs it all depends on who your comfy with.
