I'm having a little trouble replacing the starter on my 97 Ram. I actually got the old one off ok, but then realized that was because I took the cylenoid off first. When trying to put the new one on, the top bolt is giving me trouble. There doesn't seem to be enough room to get a socket in there and turn it. I have the bolt started, and it is hand tight. I thought about trying a swivel on the ratchet and getting a longer extension. Other than that, any suggestions? Is there any special, super-secret method or tool that I am unaware of? Thanks.
