duplicolor makes a DIY kit it is sprayable/paintable.. either way.. did it on my uncles truck and turned out awesome.. just had to coate it alot b/c when its thin coated its prone to chippin... surface prep is 99% of the job.. gotta make sure every tiny bit of that bed is preped right.. i think it ran him 200 and some change for all the the materials to do it...

My friend picked up one of the DIY kits from Advanced Auto for his dak. I dunno how he did it, but 2 days later I could see some clips in it already [&:] Like shot said I think its all about the surface and applying enough coats.

better off spending the extra 300 bucks on it and having someone else do it. Have them warrenty it that way when it does chip/crack they will fix it..

Go Rhino or Line-X
me and my buddies have done a few of the different paint in's. from scuffing the paint to even etching the metal, nothing made it work. it was all lousy.
