Default RE: 4.56 gears

I got a set of 4.56's, Truetrac posi unit, front carrier, and two install kits for mine a couple of weeks ago from DTS, http://www.drivetrainspecialists.com/

The front gears require changing the carrier out or getting a thick set of gears if you are 3.92 or under and an install kit. The rear should just need the gears. I'm putting in a Trutrac posi unit in the rear so so I needed a install kit for the rear too. Spoke with Claude, he will hook you up. Their prices are competetive with Summit and others. Might even knock some off the web sites price. Was ordered on a Thursday and was on my door step Monday. I spent $1136. for everything. Around $600. was for the posi unit and install for the rear, so you could deduct that.

Your parts list will be;
Front gears
Front carrier
Dana 44 Install kit
Rear gears
