yea. all it does it makes a really loud grinding noise and and the front axle doesnt spin. im pissed now. i guess i know what im doing next weekend

 

Youch!!! I feel your pain, we had some carnage this weekend too. We had an S-10 break a CV shaft, rendering it 4wd less. One of the guys in the 4 wheels club blew his front axle u-joint on the trail too. I don't know the kid or any of them in the club really but we came through as they were doing to the trail repair, gotta love Hi-Lift jacks! And finially a shock bolt broke, but thats still drivable.

Does your 4 low work? Cause my frieds Jeep and his 4 high grinds and doesn;t go into gear but 4 low works fine.

 

maybe your front axle gear just blew up?

 

Owiee! Well, at least you had some fun for awhile though. GL with the repairs man.

 

i took my truck wheeling the other day too.. the one thing i HATE about this truck is the limited slip in the front.. when the wheels cut all the way and your spinning in 4hi the wheels start kicking.. im guessing the front wheels keep switching up trying to get traction.. i really need a locker.. but other then that it handled pretty good.. still scares me though going threw deep holes with a heavy *** truck on some what bald a/t's
