I have a Flowmaster 40 with 2.25" dual outs and 3.25" chrome tips. Sounds awesome! I get comments on it all the time...My best mods so far have been the Fastman TB and the Hypertech programmer, and the 180 deg. t-stat. I don't tow much, but these mods definitely made the truck come alive as far as power and acceleration goes.

Thanks alot guys,
You guys deffinetly have me sold on the T/B.
Being I burn my own proms for my 87 trans am, and have
done so for later gm obd1 trucks - and also dipped into
new obd2s a lillte on brother in laws LS1. I am skeptical
of buying proms and programmers as I have seen what a
rip off they can be. My first prom I had paid $600 dollars for a
custom prom for my modded trans am, where performance was
ok, and drivability sucked totally. Then I learned that I could buy all tools
to burn my own for less than $250.00 including proms and software - wow, what a difference
in performance and drivability. Car now runs 10.87 best naturally asperated and gets over 20
mpg on highway.
But I really do not think that the programmers seem like nearly as much of a rip off, and have heard of lots of guys actually making gains with.. Maybe I will give it a try.
Thanks for the info.
Nice trucks you guys have there.
Here is a pic of my current Big Block build.. Don't have any pics of my truck that will fit.. I guess all files are to large.
