If you can get me a copy of the pin-outs on the pcm, get a cheap multi-meter from ratshack or Lowes, I can help narrow the problem down. The pin-out will also have color codes on it. It's alot easier to pick up a color code at the pcm side.
BTW again if your going to keep the truck, I would jump all over the pcm for 60

Yeah maybe we should pm or i have yahoo messenger its crazykyler, But the tank has probly 6 maybe 7 gallon in it it had a little then i dumped 5 gallon in it and i know i should hear it i did leave it plugged in awhile and didnt notice the wire heating up but stilll couldnt hear the pump. as for the pcm i'm sure if i had to get rid of on the net for $60 i wouldnt have trouble maybe i should buy it and plug it in i just hope that nothing can screw it up in the truck.
I don't know why it would spark as if to indicate there was a load there. I still think you have a harness/pcm issue, but if you are still concerned with the integrity of the pump you could de-pressurize the fuel rail, jump the same two terminals for several seconds, and see if pressure comes back up. Do you have a shraeder valve on your fuel rail?
Im not sure what a shraeder valve is but if i unhook the line that goes from the pump to the rail it should shoot gas out right that would be the simplest way to find out other than hearing it I did find this https://dodgeforum.com/m_130865/mpag.../tm.htm#285933 i havnt read the hole thing but what i did read sound furmiliar (or however you spell that) if you will be on tomorrow maybe i can pm hankl for the pin outs or just go to the doge dealer for the service manual to assuming its in there????? and i will read over this other post to see and by the way its very kind of you to waste your time on me somone you dont even know in such a devoted way i really appreciate it

I just reallized in your first post you say you're not getting any spark either. I think you probably have a harness or pcm issue. The pcm controls the fuel pump and the coil.

yes it does have an asd relay i put a brand new on in it because i thought it might have something to do with it but thats not saying that its failing somehow. Sh@t i'll be a dirt track racer before we figure this out im just student driver now.
I've had several x 3 myself. If you have a little black cap covering a fitting that's not hooked to anything on your fuel rail, that's a shreader valve. If you don't you will have to get the special tool. There is a picture in this thread- post#5:

I have to go north tomorrow, but expect to be back SOUTH on Sunday.
Hankl is a relentless hound dog. He will get you the pin outs. Peace/ out

Got back a little early. Did- I-whatever that interstate is that runs out of the west side of Pittsburgh to Erie (79 I think) back to Richmond in 5 hours. That Durango Rocks. DC did something right there. Anyway, did you get it figured out with the computer? If not, with those pin outs you can get that beast running (granted the pcm is good). Let me know.
I'm glad your trip went well. were did you go? (to and from) yeah i like the durango's I almost bought my wife one but was afraid i would like it better and the one we looked at had a 318 and with gas prices we decided not to.every time i see one i kick myself though i think there so studly lookin and she would have looked good in it. Anyway I took the fuel pump out and once i decided it was no good i took it out of great big well and tested it further it was froze up i did get it to turn a little and it got really hot so come monday i gotta get a new one. bought an ohm meter and tested allot of stuff such as the coil and all the relays and the relay box. I'm not sure this pinout is right because mine starts with #1 on the right and ends with #60 on the left . and the wire colors are different. other than all that nothing has changed
