Default tps mod?

I have read some posts regarding modding the tps by drilling out the inserts and rotating it to get around a .75v reading. Right now mine is reading .66v. Would it really be worth it to try the mod? How much of a difference would it actually make? I have read some posts about getting codes if the voltage is too high.

I was gonna do the TPS mod today, but before I started I decided to check the voltage again and it was reading at .7volts. I rechecked it and it was still reading the .7volts. According to that tips and tricks article .7 to .75 is the ideal range so I decided not to do it at this time. Next mod is definitely going to be the Hypertech programmer.
