Hi, have been reading quite a few posts and learning alot. I have a 1997 1500 5.9 and just wondering some god sites and brands for a new intake and a good track bar. Any Suggestions? thank Joe

JK but if you can that would be great. for an air intake. i say go with the K&N FIPK. best out there. as for track bars you have a few options, you can get a heavy dutie one from mopar, DT makes and ajustable trac bar thats suppost to be really good. im personal favorite and the one ill be investing in is a trac bar from don thuren at thuren fabriction

Intakes are a special animal There are many out there research them and find what you like. I like Tani have the K&N FIPK as for the track bar couldn't tell ya.

 

Sorry i should have been more specific. I didnt mean a cold air intake. I may have the wrong name for it but i'm talking the actual intake. I've heard of people modding them. Are there any aftermarkets available for our trucks?

 

Check here Hughs Engines They only do Mopar they have different Keggers. I have seen members talking about M1s and Shott said he was going to mod his kegger. I believe steve00ram360 did his, do a search for modifed kegger you should be able to find it.
