Default need opinions on stereo install (and advice)

im going to put all this in to my ram club cab. it wont be a problem putting the components in, the subs and amp are a differnt story. im using 2 10" infinity kappa perfects. does any one make a box for these? mounting depth 6.5"
i see that the rear seat comes out easily and would be easy to raise up. just by making spacers and getting longer bolts. it wouldnt be too hard to weld new "loops" for the backrest slide bars to fit on either. will probably mount the amps to the back will behind the back rest.

the box
i have made up my mind on components. i looked at the boxes that replace the arm rest and the jl one that replaced the center bottom seat bench. too expensive. or not practical for me.
am i going to have to build a custom box? (im a carpenter at heart but dont want to spend the time. since i live in a small apartment)
any one have a box holding a perfect 10.
apreciat any advice, opinions

thanks
mitch

The big issue is where to mount the amps. I ended up putting one under the drivers seat and the other under the center seat.
What year is the truck?

Your problem is going to be the mounting depth of the subs. The older Kappa perfects weren't as deep. They are called the 10.1. You might try those instead.

I have an mtx box with an amp under the console and one under the pasenger seat. The box fits perfectly under the rear seat and it looks natural. Everything sounds great. 8x10 clarions with tweeters above in front and pioneer premier in the rear. The system rocks. Just really sounds great no matter what I'm listening to.

here go to www.hifisoundconnection.com they have a perfect box for the ten's. sits downfiring under the back seat. you'll have to do a little cutting on the top clear the tens, considering my references need it, but it won't be too much. i had it done at the local stereo store for 20 bones under the counter.

i already got a box from music moose, it says the mounting depth is 5.5" but when i put one of my subs in it it sticks out about 2"

it think im just going to raise the rear seat and make my own box. thanks to all who responded. any other advice, let me know.
the stereo retails for about 3000. i probably paid about 1800
good deals on etronics.com and hookedontronics.com.

I used a box very similar to the one on hifisoundconnections.com, here's the lnk http://www.hifisoundconnection.com/S...id/0/SFV/30046

I don't think any amps are going to fit on the back wall. When you tilt the seat bottom up it moves the seta back towards the wall leaving ZERO extra room. I put my amp under my center seat.

Your setup looks great too!
