Leveling the 98 ram. I know I need 1 1/2 coil spring spacers for the front. @2WD. Online I found them for 80$. LOcal advanced auto claim to have them for 8.97 a piece. Is this the same thing.AAP offers in aluminum or rubber? Thanks in advance, Tommy

They're probably wanting to sell you these...


Obvious which ones you should get. Maybe try Ebay to see if they're cheaper, tho I didn't see any for 2wd, just 4wd. $75 plus shipping @ 4wheelsupply.

I bet the ones Advanced is trying to sell you are those peices of metal tha tyou stick in your coil....


They seem REALLY sketchy, liek they could shoot out at any minute.

hey make the ride a hell of alot rougher.. it just keeps some coils from compressing when letting the truck back down

Well the verdict is in....I bought the ones from advance auto, they did have the rubber square POS. What I got were front coil spring spacers made of rubber. They look just like the coil spacers sold on the internet( pictured above) but are not polyurethane. Doesnt look bad. but wont last as long.
