Default delta checkerplate workbox

Hey, I had a delta workbox given to me for my 98 ram. I dont want to drill holes into my bedrails to hold it down. Do any companys make clamps to hold them without drilling? It shows nothing like that on their website.
Thanks

tool boxes are really heavy.. if you arent worried about anyone slealing it.. get that industrial 3m double stick tape.. it'll keep it from sliding around and the weight of the toolbox will hold it down.. somethingi would do if i didnt want to drill holes into my bed.. i have diamond plate bed covers with the 3M tape on it..holds it down real good but i still drilled some holes

Its actually pretty light, all aluminum. It probably barely weighs 40lbs. I put double sided tape on it today, but it didnt hold it very well.[&:]

maybe i will just drill holes for it, if i ever sell it, id just replace the bedrails.

thanks guys

I got some clamps that go clamp the box to the bed rails. I had to drill a hole through the tool box bottom on the side and run the bolt through it and the clamp. I found these at the Advanced Auto parts.

I have a Delta box and it had hooks that hook into the bed pockets at the front of your box. I dont have the box on or I would take some pics of if for ya. There basically a "J" with threads on the top. If you look in your front bed pocket there is a smaller hole on the side that you hook into, then tighten her up.

Double sided tape will not hold. The 3m stuff is alot thicker and will hold anything, thats what holds my bug shield. Also there is some ribbon type tape out there and it hold alright I used it on my old trucks tool box.

I just drilled through the plastic and used screws. Not hard at all and will leave only 2 small holes under each light if I decide to take them off.

The clamps that hold the rails for my tonneu cover could be used to secure a tool box. They are a two peice aluminum deal, and with the bedliner, they never touch the paint. There's a good size allen key bolt that runs through it. You would have to cut rectangular holes in the box (not real big). The bolt heads would be inside the box keeping the security angle going also. This is all assuming you can get the clamps w/o buying the cover. Hope this helps ya.
