Im trying to find an upper bumper cover that is paintable, but the dealer is telling me they dont make one. I have a Black SS/T and it had the flat black covers. The white, green, red come with a completely painted front bumper. Are these one piece or do they have a lower and upper cover that is painted?

 

What year? The 00 and 01 Sports came with a complete facia painted, and as far as I know only needs minor modification to make mounted on a 99 or later. Like in my sig

 

Try www.partstrain.com. They should have all three pieces for a decent price. They should have unpainted / primed cover pieces...
