My Windsheild wipers started acting up a year ago and havent figured out why. They work but only in low and high. The other settings turn on but do not function properly. They stop and start in my field of vision. Has anyone else had this problem?

 

I had that problem on my Spirit. Turned out that the wiper motor was not grounded. Try taking one of the mounting bolts out and clean it up with a wire brush and reinstall it. If that doesn't work take a wire and fasten it to a decent ground and connect the other end to a metal part of the motor, such as the mounting bolts.
