Default Shocking noise

I have some ProComp ES3000 shocks on the truck and arn't a year old yet. I noticed with my window down, and going over good bumps the shocks will make a "squishing" "gasping" sound. This normal? Ive heard other shock do it before but I wasn't sure if it was a sighn of them failing. Just wanting to make sure.

Thanks!

Although I just found out the bushings that came with the shocks are toast. I just orderd a whole new set from www.jackit.com, poly ones instead of rubber.
