Default Weird Squeaking Noise

Hi. Usually my truck has no problems but just now something weird happened. I was coming back from dinner and everything was fine. My driveway is an upward hill and its only about the length of the truck. I usually just turn the key and rolldown in neutral. I just did it about 30 mins ago and as went over the little bump/drop of the sidewalk i heard a weird noise. Then when I tried to move forward the truck made a weird like squeking noise like the tires were rubbing. It is doing it in both drive and reverse. I don't see the tires rubbing anywhere. I had my mom come out and listen and she says it sounds like its coming from the driveshaft tranny area. Anyone know what this could be? Im finally on summer vacation and I want to be able to do things Any help would be greatly appreciated

Try turning the wheel back and forth while sitting in park or not moving. That's when mine will make a loud squeak. Also will do it by bouncing on the bumper.

Took it to Dodge and its the Driveshaft U-Joints. Now I am getting *** up the *** price wise. Estimate was over 600 dollars for rear shoes and the u-joints. On top I dont have a car for the weekend. I was hoping they'd give me a nice 06 cummins for the week
