Default ODD AC Question.

Ok here it goes. I have 99 Ram Qcab 360 AT 4X4. My AC will work when the engine is cold. It will contiunue to run cold as long as i do not turn the AC off. If i turn the truck off then restart it with the engine at temp the AC will blow warm. The compressor is turning on and off and the coolant has been recharged recently. Any ideas? Maybe the control head is going bad? Right now it is really bloody annoying not having AC in my newer truck when my older work truck has it.

Sorry, forgot to clarify, if you'll notice, the wiring for the AC runs directly between the valve covers and the intake manifold, a very hot area. Trace your wire back, making sure to take them out of the loom, and make sure they're in tact, if all seems well, replace the relay with the spare, or purchase a new one found only at a dealership for about $12, if that doesn't resolve it, the problem lies within either the PCM or the AC clutch, have the dealership run a diagnostic for any where from $35 - an overpriced $135, ask first.
