As of right now, we currently have Tani1500 and steve00ram360 as mods in the 2nd Gen Section.... but The Burning Rom is definitely a great asset to this board.....

I'll take your suggestions and see what I can do

i offer my opinon.... even if you don't want it.

being a moderator (did it for a few other boards) is something of personal choice and takes up a lot of time. if he wanted to be a mod i'm sure he'd put his name in the hat.

with that said...

MAKE HIM A MOD!!!!!

the guy is just awesome. he knows that truck, and more importantly all the variations, better than most people know their left big toe.

yea were trying to get him in as we speak. it would be a great help to me since im not around every sec. of the day. I also agree though that being a mod is has to do with more if you want to help keep the forums clean and organized. its not really tide in with how much you know even thought thats a huge help. it does take alot of time though and its something some people dont want to deal with. he very well want to focus more on helping people with there tech questions rather then babysitting. but thats his choice and im all for it either way

i wonder if there is a way to setup just a specific tech moderator...

so that just tech questions are answered... then if they don't want to the said person can clean things up only if they see something needed to be done.

on the subject of moderators..
i'm diggin the color changes you've done to the site. just wish it was orange not red.. (school colors) GO BEAVS!!!

judging from his replies, he's not into lifted trucks or offroading...which is why we have tani1500

but goddamn does burning rom ALWAYS seem to have an answer, or a diagram, or a site, or a suggestion ready. he's definitely helped me a few times. go rom!! [sm=gears.gif]

Thanks for the compliments guys!

Tani and Derrick have talked to me about it, and I accepted.

Tani and Steve are already doing a great job in this section though! I'm just glad I can help out where I'm able to, even if it's just with a suggestion or a diagram or a website

I also know all too well about moderating a forum. I've admined and moderated (both section and global) quite a few forums over the years. I've never been involved in one quite as organized and civil as this forum though, at least not as a moderator. The staff here does a great job! There are hardly any trolls or people flying off the handle about the smallest thing. It's a great community! I'm glad to be a part of it!

Thanks again to everyone for their compliments!
