Default having power issues please help!!

i have a 99 ram quad cab 5.2 magnum 46 re trans 4 by 4, having problems with the motor not having power sometimes it feels like it is bogging, after it shifts to 2nd gear it kinda bogs than down shifts back to first than back to 2nd. also sometimes when i get on it it bogs realy bad pops through the throttle body and than i cant hit the gas for a few seconds the only mod i have is an exhaust dual 2 and 1/2 pipes with a flowmaster mufler. i recently changed the plugs, wires cap rotor, cleaned the throttle body, changed the oil seafomed the oil and gas, no codes are comming up and my check engine light is not comming on. also using oil like crazy, but the intake pan gasket is fine i followed the dealer instructions on how to check it and the crank case vacuum is at 3 hg right where its supposed to be. cant figure it out.

Catalytic converter plugged...my first thought, and based on the reliability of the converters on these trucks, it's something I'd definitely check out.

If the converter is found to be faulty, you can get it replaced for free. More information here: https://dodgeforum.com/m_352822/tm.htm

It's a little big for the motor in my opinion, but it shouldn't cause any issues like you're having. Is the converter welded into the system? Or can you unclamp it and put in a straight pipe to test it?

The other thing to check would be your oxygen sensors. Sometimes there can be problems with them before a code is set.
