just curios what size a stock Throttle body would be?

Not 100% sure but I believe it's 48mm at the valves, if your looking for an upgrade, for your 5.9, a 52mm fastman is the way to go.

yup...i got a 52mm fastman in the mail now. Iwas just curious as to a stack for caomparison.

And if its a 50mm why would the fastman offer a 50mm for the 5.2L that he says could be used on the 5.9L for more torque than the 52mm?

The stock TB's are not 50mm or 52mm from top to bottom. For example, my stock TB on my 5.2 was 50mm at the top, and 47mm at the bottom, shaped like a cone. The Fastman bores out all the bottom material so it is 50mm from top to bottom. He also removes the tabs on top for increased airflow into the barrels, and replaces all the hardware with brass and stainless.
