Default lug pattern
My friend has rims off of a 94 jeep grand cherokee is it the same lug pattern on my 99 1500 qc?

i do believe the jeeps used a 5 on 4.5 axle and the rams use a 5 on 5.5 axle so no i don't think they will work. plus backspacing is probably off too.

The ZJ Cherokees used a 5 on 4.5 pattern. They won't work
