http://www.chryslerpartsdirect.com/ or http://www.wholesalemopar.com/ will have it. It's listed under Electrical/Powertrain Control/Vehicle Speed Sensor ... WholesaleMopar wants $31.25 for it ... plus shipping. I'm pretty sure that's the one on the rear diff because the one on the tranny costs half as much.
