two inches might make the back a little higher.....

Looks just like mine except for quad cab, that price is way to high, big truck sales are down, especially in this area. I was half expecting a pic of a monster truck. With the 318 I wouldnt pay more than 11-12 for it.

 

looks like a stout truck, Mine sits like that if you park it on flat ground and look at it it looks like the front end is up just a little bit, But i think that looks better than having the back end way up in the air, like the old trucks used to be, just my opinion though, looks sharp and make sure you tell him to keep it washed and spotless.

41k on my 2001 and havn't changed the tranny anything. still going strong... but yeah it's only 41k. but it is on the list of things to do.

you might want to check if it's a straight up 2001 model or a 2001.5 model (they changed some things in july of 2000 during production). the biggest tip off is if there are drum brakes in the rear or disk brakes. it looks like it is a 2001 model as far as i can see from the pics.

as with any vehicle it all depends on how the person before you took care of it. if it was babied then you should be good. if it was run hard all the time then you'll probably run into some problems. but that would be with any vehicle. car, truck, suv, tractor, leaf hauler, eighteen weeler you name it.

NO NEUTRAL DROPS!!!!!!! WILL KILL THE TRANSMISSION A HELL OF A LOT FASTER!!! my friend just had to get his replaced in his bmw cause he did that to his automatic. got a stick now though that bastard...

 

Get a after market trans cooler on it......never tow in OD tow with OD off........do your maintenace and it will last another 80K. oh p285 X 75x 16 are 32.5 so your 295s are at least 33s.
