ohhhhh! ive never seen a V10 in a dodge truck before, that is with my own eyes, so i have 5.9 is my stock intake good to go? really considering this, do you guys think it is worth it if i only go offroad in the winter?im not sure about water from mudding going into the shaker , ??????????

Yeah Rom your right , the dash covers with pods , is only for the GM for now,arggghhhhh!!!!!!!

i really like the shaker hoods but i dont know it is kinda hard to see down the hood of my truck, do you think that it will get in the way of the drivers view, Hopefullly when i get the seats restuffed it will sit up higher, just a thought

hmmmmmm couple yellow pages should do the trick. J/K had to go there, you guys are great for all the Free info,ive meet ppl before and asked them Q'S and they said to me , " i didnt work UMPTEEN years in the auto indusrty to give my help for free", i just wanted to take this time to kiss all your A$$'S and say THANK YOU ALL I APPRECIATE IT VERY MUCH

He has a v10.
Correct and the V10 uses a side draft intake manifold...not a downdraft like the V8s. KRC makes a downdraft manifold for the V10 (with an optionl 4 barrel throttle body). I'd like to get one, but the price tag seems a bit high for what you get [&:] a chunck of aluminum with some holes in it. I may look into having a shop make me one someday....when I have more money than I know what to do with

I guess I shouldn't be complaining though...at least it's not an updraft intake like my tractor [8D]

Ya, our old Farmall M has an updraft carb. I think the Ford 8N might too......

Obviously it seems to me that you cannot run the K@N FIPK with this set up> true? is it really worth it ? or is it just for looks? but, looks goes a long way, or am i better off running a true ram air hood scoop?just looking for diff options, that help perf.

The kit to make it functional usually costs extra [&:]

On my Grand Prix it was as simple as drilling a hole in the bottom of the hood. This is a different setup though.
