Default wheel advice?

So, I am considering putting different wheels on Amandas truck.

I am thinking about giving it a "Sportier" look, by maybe putting some fat rims/tires in the back, and thinner rims and tires in the front...

can anyone provide me with stock steelie into? i know that theyre 16 inch...i think that theyre 16x7? im thinking about a 15x10 on the back, and a 15x7 on the front...thoughts?

please keep in mind, this is on a 2wd, which is gradually being built to move in a straight line...

What about a set of the wheels that came on the '97 Indy Edition Rams. They look pretty sporty on the 4x2's, in an old school kind of way. I think they were 15's too.

Depends on what year it is.
My 97 can run 15" wheels. The brakes changed around 98-99 and the wheels need to be 16" or larger. The Indy's were 16 and/or 17.

you should be able to fit 15's on there. IIRC the stock steelies are 16x7's and the stock aluminum rims were 16x8's. at least that's for 2001... pretty sure it's the same for all the years.

the brake difference is in the front when they switched from single pistons to dual piston calipers. they changed in 2000 like burning said.
